I'm still a bit ..reeling in shock? just spent the nite in prison,i think..questions about stayin in prison?

You spent the night in Jail. As for what happened, welcome to the world of p*ss off women. When they are given the ability to say three words and ruin your world, some will do this. If you did have sex with her and they have your DNA and she is crying rape. The State will prosecute the case. You can say that it was consensual all you want. You are supposed to even if it was not. I would go back and print out every email, IM, and message board post she did about this. Keep an eye on what she is saying now. Have no contact with her, and if she calls you, record the call, but let her know that you are recording the call lest you can not use it in court. I would also retain a lawyer and talk to him. Sorry this happened, but that is just the way it is. My guess is that they will offer you a plea so you can join the other "sex offenders" and become the scourge of the world.
