The Strokes "Razorblade" chords?

So I've looked at Ultimate-Guitar and all they have is a bass tab for this song. Could someone tell me the chords for this song and the strum pattern? I have seen a video on how to play this, its just that there are some barre chords which I can't play lol. Maybe give the chords a few steps down where the chords are easier? Thanks.
