Would I be a beginner/intermediate guitar player?

I know the major and minor chords. I know the dominant 7th (maj and minor included) and am learning scales and barre chords. I can read tabs but not music. I can switch between chords fairly easily. I'm just wondering, do I have bragging rights yet?
