Help With My Crazy Hair?

Hey! I have in-SANE hair, I have thin hair but its always frizzy in a certain spot in the back of my head, the rest (when i let it air dry) gets really curly.... It looks like its really thick but its not. Straightening kills my hair and i hate doing it because it takes forever. I really dont want to chemically straighten because its so damaging. Is there any gel, leave in conditioner or any tips that could help me tame my hair?? Please help!
